Hell Geetanjali, PGDM is suggested for students who have a work experience more than 2 years. While MBA is management course for freshers. The fees structure comes as 2 options for MBA studnets: 4.5 lakhs through tancet and 9 Lakhs through MAT. Where as fees for PGDM is 9 Lakhs. All the best.
