Choosing between them is based on your interests. MBA requires good communication skills and also negotiation skills. Salary wise MBA is better. MBA in hotel management is the post-graduation course that AIMS in the development of managerial qualities needed for the services tourism or hotel industries in aspirants whereas MBA in Hospitality management course is all about the administrative functions in hotel, restaurants, etc. To get into a job in hotel management field for the posts like manager and all candidates require relevant years of experience in the same field whereas candidates who have pursued MBA in hospitality management can get into entry level jobs without experience.
