Logistics management is the part of supply chain management that plans, implements, and controls the efficient, effective forward, and reverse flow and storage of goods, services, and related information between the point of origin and the point of consumption in order to meet customer's requirements. Supply chain management (SCM), the management of the flow of goods and services, involves the movement and storage of raw materials, of work-in-process inventory, and of finished goods from point of origin to point of consumption. Both the concepts we cannot see differently. Logistics is part and parcel of supply chain management. On the whole, it is a single specialisation. Therefore, you have to consider it as "logistics and supply chain management".
