See, during placements and in practice, there is not so much difference, PGDM is autonomous, need AICTE affiliation for every academic year, the cost is higher (it is autonomous). MBA is UGC recognised university programme, less costly. PIBM is decent but you need to do some research by yourself to get the exact picture of now or you can have a better option How to research to know both sides of the coin? 1) Choose your stream first in case of MBA/PGDM job (sales/hr/financial product sales/core finance). 2) Make a Linkedin profile to chat with alumni to check after placement job sustainability and average take-home salary of your favourite stream. 3) For core finance, it is good to have 55-60% as many MNCs demand, and for sales, it is good to have a two-wheeler with a license, kindly check it directly from the placement officer. 4) Check the job profile of placed students whether the average placement is in sustainable profile or poor sustainable.
