Be it B.Ed or D.Ed, each degree has its own significance. You can choose whichever course you want as per your preference and their future plans. if you want to teach small kids then you can take up the D. Ed degree. But, if you would like to teach students of class 12, a more serious profession, can go for B.Ed. These courses will impart certain skills which will aid to the development of teaching skills. The training programs and curriculum of these two courses are very different. B.Ed is a graduate degree in Education and the D.Ed is a Diploma in Education. The people who have successfully completed a B.Ed course are eligible to seek jobs in any government or even private education institutions. Candidates who have good score and exceptional potential can look for jobs in leading international schools or other educational institutes.Because of the many nurseries that are there all over the globe, the job opportunities for a person with a D. Ed degree are quite high.

Both B.Ed and D.Ed courses are designed to train students to learn teaching skills to take up teaching as a career. Although both are teaching courses, the training programs are entirely different and designed for different needs of education industry. B.Ed is Bachelor’s degree in Education whereas D.Ed is diploma in Education. B.Ed is an undergraduate degree program offered to students with graduation degrees from a recognized university. B.Ed degree holders are eligible to seek Primary and TGT jobs to teach students up to 10th class. D.Ed is a diploma course that qualifies 10+2 students as nursery teachers in kindergartens. Curriculum of both Bed and D.Ed are different. B.Ed teacher can gain Postgraduate degree to become PGT and school administrator and have better career opportunities in comparison to D.Ed students. B.Ed teachers are paid better salary in comparison to D.Ed teacher.

Both B.Ed and D.Ed courses are equal in their own different teaching skills. These are teaching courses, the training programs are entirely different. There are various differences between B.Ed and D.Ed course. B.Ed is Bachelor’s degree in Education whereas D.Ed is diploma in Education. B.Ed is an undergraduate academic training program that carves up the graduates as teachers in schools. B.Ed is the best for the students who want to pursue their career in teaching field. The qualifications to pursue these two programs are also different.
