1. GRE, i.e. Graduate record examination is a test required for doing Masters or Ph.D programs in USA. 2. GMAT, i.e. Graduate Management admission test is required for doing MBA and management courses. 3. IELTS is International English Language Testing System is an English proficiency test given by non-native English speakers who want to live, study or work in English speaking countries. 4. TOEFL, i.e. Test of English as a Foreign language is a standardize test to check English language ability of non-native speaker who wish to enroll in an American University. So, if you wish to pursue MS than you have to take GRE or if you want to do management studies go for GMAT and take either IELTS or TOEFL as both exam test your English skills but some university demand TOEFL score and some IELTS score, so make sure to check university criteria before you start preparing for IELTS/TOEFL.
