Basically, there is no as such differences between all as you asked. All are the nomenclature which is decided by the universities authority with the approval of UGC. The name of course vary state to state and campus to campus. Like GJUS&T, Hisar University offers B.Sc Degree in Mass Communication. In GGSIPU, it was BJMC, but university changed the nomenclature of this subject, and now it is BA,(JMC). So, it doesn't matter.
