it depends on your selection of university. some universities offer 5 years and some offers 6years

The duration of BCA is 3 years and of MCA too it is also 3 years. If you pursue these two courses separately then it'll take 3+3=6 years to get your Masters degree done. If you pursue both of these courses as an integrated course then you can finish both in 5 years.

It depends on what basis you have taken admission. If you have taken admission in dual degree programme, then you can complete it in 5 years, and if you have taken admission separately, then you have to wait for 6 years to complete.

It's better to do BCA for 3 years and get some work experience and then try for top IITs in India, this way, you will have a good scope in future. Good luck and don't go for lateral entry if you have time to pursue it in the regular mode.
