One should take up BCA or B.Tech (Information Technology) or B.Sc IT for app development roles. One needs to apply for exams like JEE Mains and Advanced for all IITs and NITs. The opportunities are too good. There has been a lot of spends into mobile and digital marketing by organizations leading to a surge in mobile app development and with the advent of virtual reality and IoT, there shall be exponential opportunities down the line. Hello! As its known, that number of mobile phone users in India is increasing day by day. It has crossed a milestone of 1 billon. The necessity of mobile app developer can be understood by this population. Actually, mobile app developers are not too different from developers who write computer programs. Mobile app developers write programs using the same languages as programmers such as C, C+, Java, etc. In India, there is not any particular college for mobile app development, but there are some institutions which provide Diploma/certificate in that particular course like WScubeTech in Jodhpur provides this course. For a job, a company generally prefers those candidates who have done their Bachelors in IT or computer engineering. Hiring managers for mobile development positions will also want to see a portfolio of samples of completed mobile applications and your best development projects. Hence it is not necessary for you to do some internships before applying in any company. Hope this helps. Good luck.
