For getting into the B.Tech in CSE branch, you should have qualified your 12th class in Science stream with minimum of 50% marks in boards exam and for being in NITs and IITs, you should have got minimum 75% marks in boards exam.

As per the UGC guidelines, 50% marks in HS are required for CSE. But it may depend from college to college.

It depends upon the college where you are thinking to take admission. But, general criteria is 60% marks in class 12th board (CBSE) and rest depends on your JEE Mains score.
