For which course? If you are applying for UG programs the specific criteria depends from faculty to faculty. But, overall you must be a highly academic student with extremely good grades, 85% and above is preferred. In addition you must have a high SAT or ACT score. Not only must you be good in academics you must also demonstrate all-round skills, extracurricular activities are quite important. MIT is among the most competitive universities in the world and you have to compete with some of the most the strongest applicants.
