Candidates with Bachelor’s degree, whether science, engineering or any other discipline, will be eligible for fellowship only after getting registered/enrolled for PhD/integrated PhD programme within the validity period of two years. To apply for the NET exam, you should have the following educational qualification such as - M.Sc, Integrated BS-MS, BS-4 Years, BE/B.Tech, B.Pharma, MBBS or an equivalent Degree with a minimum of 55% for general and OBC students and minimum 50% for SC/ST/PD students. As per the CSIR NET Eligibility conditions, the candidates whose results are awaited can also apply.
