You need to score 60% or above as per the eligibility criteria but 75%+ is always a safe option.

The minimum eligibility for admission to B.Sc Chemistry course is 10+2 in science stream (either PCB or PCM). While most colleges require having 60% marks in 10+2 there are others such as Ashutosh College, Kolkata which accept students with aggregate 50% marks in 10+2 and 45% marks in Chemistry.
