GRE doesnt look for 12th exams. But for btech you should have a gpa of 3 or 3.45 on a scale of 4 for USA. 61% is fine. U have a good internship or papers etc? You can apply now for 2015 session as you atre late for 2014 fall intake. You have to give toefl also.
