A 10+2 certificate with PCM or must have diploma in civil engineering can pursue B.Tech in civil engineering. For distance education, many institutes offer the same, Kindly fill the admission form to proceed further.

B.Tech through distance also require either 10+2 with mathematics or polytechnic diploma in the same branch. You can do your B.Tech through AMIE (It doesn't accept any distance diploma for lateral entry) or IME. These two institutes offer degree equivalent to Bachelor's degree in engineering.
