You are a graduate. You must clear CAT/MAT/GMAT/XAT/ATMA-AIMS/CMAT as applicable to your institute of choice with an acceptable score. Based on the performance in the aptitude test, you will be called for Group Discussion and Personal Interview at the respective institute.

You can start preparing for CAT/MAT/XAT basically any management entrance exam and get good percentile after that you can easily get admission in any reputed b-school. Of-course every college has their individual Gd/PI for which you will have to brush up you group discussion skills & personal interview handling skills.
