The basic eligibility to take an admission into an MBBS course in India is 10+2 or equivalent qualification with Biology as one of the subjects. After this, in most of the good medical institutes, you'll have to appear in an entrance test. Since last year, Ministry of HRD & Education has introduced a common application test, known as NEET. The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET-UG) is a qualifying entrance exam for students who wish to study any undergraduate medical course (MBBS), dental course (BDS) or postgraduate course (MD / MS) in government or private medical colleges in India. As per your profile, you have mentioned you've done Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) course. Was this BMLT (bachelor course)? or DMLT (Diploma level). In either case, you must have completed your 10+2 and if you have, then you are eligible to appear for NEET.
