I would strongly advise you to improve your credentials by retaking the tests and also complementing them with additional certification courses (online or classroom) that will testify to your interest in further education and make up for some of the poor past performance. But GRE/AWA scores will have to be improved; otherwise, you are purely banking on luck. Search for "Higher Education Planning" in YouTube and "Higher education Application Package" in Google and check the results do the needful.
