The hierarchy in kitchen department differs according to the hotels, but the basic hierarchy in star all around the world is (from lower to highest). Commi 3 (most of the hotels don't have Commi 3 now). Commi 2 (entry level new joining comes in this and know about the basic operations of the department salary in India, 10K-12K). Commi 1 (Person who has mastered the knowledge and practical operations, salary 12K-15k). Dcdp\cdp (Demi chef de partie. Also can be known as the shift leader. Some hotels don't have DCDP position.
