The tentative Date is 29 September and this goes on with Fine to the Month of March. The Prospectus for the 2018-19 session is not out yet. Till March the date was with 8500 Rs Late Fee. I am sure you got to know the answer, though I could see this pending question today as I did not follow the Kurukshetra University Tag.
