If you want to take admission in any IIM, then you have to go only through CAT exam and no other. And yes work experience make up your profile for particular level. Best luck.

IIMs don't disclose the median GMAT score, although a good profile should be enough. Belonging to a fortune 10 company gives you the credibility but do prepare for your interviews.
