Minimum requirement changes from year to year, but the base is around 140-145.

The minimum score required for the lowest preferred branch in DTU is 150.

With 90% in CBSE, you need to have to score 220+ out of 360 in JEE Mains in order to get the core branch (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) in DTU. The figure may slightly change based on the difficulty level of the paper but it won't change much.
