Your 12th score is good but your graduation score is average so total of these two is (13.57/15) (Considering you are an engineering graduate). This looks good right now, but when you include academic/gender diversity and work experience points in your calculation you find your score to be (13.57/25) (considering you are an engineering graduate) now this does not look that good isn't it. But there is nothing to worry about your CAT score will still have a weightage of 75% and if you can do well in CAT you will surely get a call for GD-PI-WAT from IIM-K. So, according to me I think, anything above 95 percentile (tentative) should be enough to fetch you a call for GD-PI-WAT from IIM-K. I hope I answered your question. If you have any other doubt please feel free to write again. All the Best for your exam.

The minimum percentile is 80 for OBC category. Try to score 80+ and you shall get a call from IIM-K.
