CFA focusses on Investment Management and covers topics in Finance like Corporate Finance, Ethics, Equity Investments, Derivatives, Fixed Income while preparing you for careers in Investment Banking, Research and Portfolio Management. Whereas CA focusses on Accounting, Taxation, and Auditing and prepares you for careers in budgeting, accounting & auditing and management accounting. The number of student pursuing CA and CFA are pretty less. The stair strategies to clear both of these exams almost same and it is also same with every other exam like You need to study hard and give your study a lot of time. In CA and CFA which uses maths you should able to be command every formula and calculations to perform maths. You need to solve old exams question paper or mock test papers to see where you are lacking in the subject. Analyse your mistakes and try to focus on the parts where you are weak to improve there.
