In the previous years, around 20 recruiters have hired MBA students from School of Management, NITK, Surathkal. From the batches of 2013-15 and 2014-16, approximately 30 students were placed through campus. Recruiters included Vmware, Tech Mahindra, Ernst and Young etc. The placements in the batch of 2015-17 were low. This year so far, 6 students have been placed. This will be updated. The placements each year depend on the students as well as the placement co-ordinators. Students need to work on securing good internships offers and networking in order to get companies to hire them.

Placements were not so good for the 15-17 batch. But, in 16-18 batch, 50% of the students have PPO and placement offers in their hand.

2017 pass out batch has fewer placements from on-campus recruiters. Odessa, Tech Mahindra, HDFC are the companies that came for on-campus placements. Only 8 people got selected in the on campus. The highest package was Rs 7 lakhs per annum. Highest package from off-campus was Rs 8.5 lakhs per annum. This year, for 2018 pass out batch, 6 students got placed in Infinity Research in September 2017. Placements depend on the students and the efforts of placement cell committee.
