1) Complete your law degree from any law college recognized by BCI. 2) Maximum age limit to become a judge is 40 years, 35 years, 32 years and 30 years varies from state to state. 3) Prepare for your preferred state via coaching or self-study. If you are preferring coaching, Rahul's in Mukherjee Nagar is the best. 4) Apply or fill in the forms for respective states you choose to become a judge and take the exams conducted by state, which is 3-tier exams, Pre Mains and interview.

I will tell you in a simple language. The judicial jobs are very rarely selection made in terms of promote yourself in litigation practice as a lawyer If you want directly select yourself in a judiciary. Apply for a JMFC after llb graduate and. You have to cleared in first attempt all the subject with 50% and you have to give JMFC entrance and you will selected for interview after that you got training in terms of 3 months duration.
