You have to complete your graduation first. It is logical. IAS needs a great deal of maturity which you can not attain in class 12th.

You can complete your graduation. Any recognised graduation degree will make you eligible for civil services examinations.

For IAS, graduation is compulsory in any field. Notification rises in the month of April or May for preliminary, then mains and PI later on.
