The process of selection remains same as the other profile in the airlines however the criteria to become an Airline Ticket Reservation Agent includes you to be: A graduate in any field. Hold knowledge of the software used for reservation and ticketing such as Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre, etc. In this case certification from IATA affiliated centers is an added advantage at time of selection. Some of the airlines have strict criteria to employ only IATA certified professionals.
