See, for this Year there was MHT-CET for all the Government Colleges in Maharashtra. But, for next year i.e. 2018, there will be only JEE a single National Exam for Engineering Admission. To get a Government college of Engineering for any branch you have to give Entrance Exam. For this year, it was MHT-CET from next year it is JEE. Your Score should be high means very high to get Government Colleges. Then, fill the CAP rounds admissions (JOSSA for JEE) form. Chose the Colleges and Branches as per preference. There are rounds of admission. You are allotted the college as per your rank and category. Confirm the college. It is not a complex process.
