Admission in VIT, SRM, LPU and BITS is done via their separate exams, however for colleges like DTU and NIT, Bhopal you need to score more than 65% marks in your board exams and around 120 marks in JEE Mains to get top branches.

For getting admissions in these universities, you need to score at-least 60% marks in your HSC and JEE Mains cutoff ranges from 70 to 90 approximately. These Institutions have their separate Entrance Exams, which is required if you don't qualify JEE Mains. These entrance exams are then considered for Entrance as well as scholarships.

VIT, BITS, LPU and SRM conduct their own entrance exams. You need to qualify their entrances to get admission in these colleges. However, with JEE Mains you may get admission in DTU or NIT, Bhopal as you are from SC category. You need 65% in 12th board, above 100 marks for DTU (Delhi) and above 130 for DTU (outside Delhi).
