B.Sc mathematics: You can do M.Sc in mathematics, M.Sc in statistics, Applied mathematics, mathematical computer application, etc. B.Sc physics: Physics is very huge field. After B.Sc in physics, you can apply for M.Sc in various field like: quantum physics, aerospace, astronomy, electronic, instrumentation and many more. B.Sc electronics: It is derived line of physics. After B.Sc, you can pursue M.Sc in elections, electronic and communication, instrumentation, robotics, embedded technology, etc. If you looking for a huge scope than physics is good, but as per my view B.Sc electronics is better.
