Well, in future BCA graduates will have greater opportunities in IT sector, as the demand for programmers is increasing. And with the increase of programming the BCA graduates are likely to get higher salaries for coding and programming.

The scope depends on you. If you learn and develop the skills and knowledge in those 3 years of BCA then you'll be able to secure a nice paying job. You need to be good at programming if you want to make a successful career after BCA. It is highly recommended that you should also pursue MCA after BCA to get more knowledge and freedom to work in different areas of IT.
