After obtaining degree, you can practice as a lawyer. To specialize in any specific law, it may be a good idea to pursue a post-graduate law degree or diploma courses in related field You can join either the Bar Council of India or a local or state bar council by submitting an application. Careers in law exist in the capacities of law officers, legal advisors, company secretaries, and solicitors. Law jobs are very specialized and focused in the corporate segment in India. Banking and non-banking financial institutes, insurance companies, large conglomerates, multinational corporations, appoint law professionals. The professions in this field have numerous opportunities in both private and government organizations. In judiciary section you can perform as:- Magistrate District Judge Munsifs Public prosecutor Attorney general Advocate general Solicitors Notary and oath commissioner In private sector, you can work as legal counsel or legal advisors for particulars firms, organizations or work as family advocates. Other areas of your work may include law reporters, trustees in various trusts, company secretary and many. You can also seek for jobs in abroad.
