In the CS branch, there is no specialization as this branch will only offer you a degree only in this you can opt for any subject specialization, but in the cloud computing you will get specialization in cloud based system that will be helpful in getting job.

Manav Rachna offers B.Tech CSE in association with IBM with cloud computing. We have collaboration with IBM for this course under which IBM provides learning management system, train the teacher programme, industry projects for students, expert lectures, industry connectivity to enable students to experience the live IT environment. Under this program, IBM provides learning management system, industry projects for students, expert lectures, industry connectivity to enable students to experience the live IT environment. It is also inclusive of industrial visits to software development and testing centers, one week industry interaction programme at IBM in Bangalore, and 40 hours business process course of SAP. IBM issues certificates for various modules after successful completion in addition to the MRIIRS degree. Please take note that Manav Rachna International University has now been renamed as Manav Rachna International Institute of Research and Studies (MRIIRS).

Listen, both are the same courses. Cloud computing is an extra course which you need to do with the regular engineering course. You can easily get the training anytime during the course of four years. So, that extra thing added to the course won't matter. This is just a cheap trick of private universities to grab more and more money. All the best.
