UGAT BBA tests have English, Logical Reasoning, General Knowledge, and Numerical & Data Analysis. The exam is conducted in pen and paper mode as well as online mode. Reading Comprehension, Vocabulary, Grammar, Punctuation, Passive, Nouns, Adjectives, Verbs and proverbs, Articles direct and indirect speech, Sentence formation, Adverbs grammar, Reading comprehension, Verbal reasoning and verbal ability. Numerical Data Analysis - Arithmetic, Numeric calculations, Linear equations, Matrices, Basic properties of sets and groups, Scalars, Vectors, Coordinate systems, Tensors, and transformation. Reasoning and Intelligence - General reasoning ability, Puzzles, Original and varied questions, Numerical Riddle. General Knowledge - General awareness, Current affairs, Social development, Politics. The English Language section has 40; Numerical and Data Analysis has 30 questions; Reasoning and General Intelligence has 30 questions; General Knowledge-30 questions; Total Duration of the exam is 2 hours, 1 mark for correct -0.25 for incorrect.

(IT), Bachelor of Foreign Trade, Bachelor of Information Technology and Management, etc. on behalf of Participating Management Institutes . Syllabus for All India Management Association Undergraduate Aptitude Test (AIMA UGAT) consists of academic curriculum of 10+2 level examination and candidate who seeks admission in undergraduate level courses can study for the following topics: (a) English Language: Vocabulary, grammar, punctuation, passive, nouns, adjectives, verbs and proverbs, articles direct and indirect speech, sentence formation, adverbs grammar, reading comprehension, verbal reasoning and verbal ability. (b) Numerical and Data Analysis: Numeric calculations, linear equations, matrices, basic properties of sets and groups, scalars, vectors, coordinate systems, tensors and transformation. (c) Reasoning and Intelligence: General reasoning ability, puzzles, original and varied questions, numerical, riddle and every general and familiar thing (d) General Knowledge: General awareness, current affairs, social development, politics, economy, foreign relations, Social issues, business related topics etc. It is objective type multiple choice examination.

AIMA UGAT Pattern of exam 2018: AIMA UGAT 2018 for BHM courses consists of 2 papers. Paper-1 consists of 130 questions and paper-2 consists of 50 questions Question-based on multiple choices. AIMA conducts this exam every year. The UGAT is conducted to test candidates for various course including BBA, BHM, BCA, and Integrated MBA (IMBA) etc. The minimum eligibility of the test is 10+2 with 50% marks. The BHM exam is actually 2 exams: The exam duration for one is 2 hours and the other is 1 hour. The questions are MCQ in nature, 130 and 50 respectively.
