This question is quite ambiguous one as the duration of the course can vary depending on the number of attempts one takes to clear all the exams. There's a gap of 9months, effectively 12 when it comes to giving exams . So it requires 3years to clear all the exams (assuming cleared in first attempt itself). Apart from that some mandatory trainings are to be done which altogether will take another year. So the duration comes to around 4 years, subject to clearing the exams in first attempt. All the best.
