Timely submission of the status reports to higher management to seek guidance and hearing concern. Nowadays, the challenges are occurring in this field because of lack of knowledge and lack of sufficient work experience in this sector. You need to have some sort of skills in order to overcome the regular minor challenges of town planning profession. You should have good report writing skills and have good analysis power of big complex data. You should have good negotiable skills.
