Either LPUNEST or UCEED, you have to qualify any of these for getting admission in B.Des in fashion in LPU. For more details, you can visit the website:

There are three ways, if your board marks are b/w 50% and 69% (both inclusive), then you need to give LPU - NEST (it's LPUs own entrance exam) or you can show your UCEED rankings (equal to or better than 5562 all India). If you have, 70% and above, you don't need to give the exam and you will be directly entered. For 49% or below in board exams, admissions are not offered.
