There are no specifics here. Work experience can be varied, infact applicants from different backgrounds are accepted. It can be a bank job, programming, cashier and so on. Whatever your work is you must have demonstrated enough leadership skills, have taken initiatives etc and have contributed significantly to the organization or even the team/department's growth. Certain jobs offer a better platform where you can showcase or develop these skills such as Marketing or Strategy, Consultancy and so on. So you can try looking for avenues in these areas. The minimum work experience varies, 2 years is recommended. I hope it helped.
