I would suggest you to first focus in your B.Com and get a good score overall. Firstly, this will boost your confidence. In addition, B.Com will open many avenues for you. For instance, CA, MBA, M.Com and so on. You can utilize this time period to analyse your field of interest. Have a word with the people who have completed the above degrees or the persons who are already working in these fields. This will help you to gain an insight about your career interests.

To get a good job in MNCs, you should opt for an international professional accountancy course like US CMA. This is will be tougher than a PG Diploma in accounting but will offer you 10 times rewarding career than a B.Com and PG Diploma. US CMA is a 6 months course, you can opt for it in India, but it has international demand.
