You can taste immediate success as consultants only when you graduate from top business schools and pes is one of them because this year highest package was around 8 lakhs in finance for the consultant section. but in the mean time , you have to work hard up the ladder of success. For becoming investment bankers also, it is experience and track record that makes you somebody in an organisation.
