You are already pursuing a Master's degree which already make you a leader. According to me, instead of taking parallel courses, you should look forward to gain some internship training, which will nourish your CV and will make you excel in the interviews. Yes having an extra course during Bachelors could have helped you, because you were supposed to choose your career, but when you have already decided that and following the same route then these certificates won't be beneficial.

You can try some certificate courses related to journalism. It depends on your interest what career you wish to proceed with. Let me first classify different streams after Mass Communication studies. You can be a media personal by choosing either of these, Print media, Radio journalism, Television channels, for this, you can proceed with courses related to graphic designing, lay outing, creative writing, Audio production, audio editing, camera handling, cinematography, photography, advertisement, editing, film and production, sound effects, visual effects, animation etc. If you wish to join PR industry, you can pursue certificate courses related to media Communication, marketing concentration, business administration, Social media marketing, digital marketing etc. If you wish to be an anchor or an RJ, you must start polishing yourself. No course can help you, if you are not something extra ordinary. So, try with public speaking, effective mass speaking is the only way to succeed as an anchor or an RJ.
