NTT is one year regular diploma done after 10+2. So, you may look for distance courses in any of the subjects you wish to specialize in like B.A/M.A mathematics, psychology, education, etc. You may also pursue online courses related to education, education management, education technology, etc. from portals like coursera.org, EdX. Another option is IGNOU that offers certificate courses related to psychology, child development, counselling, blended learning, curriculum designing, policy making, subject specific certificate courses are also available. Check few online courses at EdX here:
