You will need at least 90+ percentile to be called for interview due to reservation. However, the chances of conversion are less as aggregate scores of 10th and 12th are taken along with CAT scores. To ensure admission please try for 97+ CAT percentile. You may also study trends of previous years with regard to percentile obtained.

Akash I would like to say that to get a call from IIM's you must score at least 96-99% so if you looking for same you have to work harder and I will suggest you that you must join good classes and get prepared for the same and working hard and practicing will really help you in getting a call for interview from IIM's

Try to aim for 97+ for new IIMs and IITs. If you aim for old IIMs don't think of anything less than 99. Again after scoring this much you have go through a tough competition in interviews as well. So be well versed with the current happenings. Start reading about case studies. If you are fresher be well prepared for at least 2 subjects of graduation.
