What placement opportunities are given to students after completing a law course from Faculty of Law, University of Calcutta?

Okay, so, without any further ado, let me tell you that the Faculty of Law, University of Calcutta DOESN'T even have a placement cell unlike other universities. Therefore, if one was hoping for job recruitment or campus placement, I'm sorry to dash your hopes. However, several students after graduating from here have applied in some of the big shot law firms such as Fox Mandal & Co., Khaitan & Co. etc in the city and many have pursued LLM in prestigious universities abroad such as Queen Mary University, Cambridge, etc. It's safe to say that though the college won't provide any campus recruitment in the near future, it might make a good lawyer of you who can be recruited by reputable firms in the city.
