Hey, The Government Law College is one of the most reputed colleges to pursue law. The main advantages of GLC are its solid alumni network as well as location advantage. It is located close to Bombay High Court. So, a lot of students spent quite a lot of their time in the court observing the court proceedings as well as working with lawyers over there. Also, a lot of TIER 1 law firms have their main office in Mumbai. This also provides the students with the opportunity to work at these firms and intern there. Therefore, on account of work experience and practical exposure, the students find it easy to land good jobs. As per the reports available, around 95 students from the batch of 2016 got placed. 60 students got placed through the placement committee and 35 through personal endeavors. Within this 60, 45 were placed in law firms, 12 with corporates and 3 with counsels. I hope this helps.
