XLRI the top institute in India Xavier's labour reform institute, situated in Jamshedpur provides great placement. Recently completed the placement of the largest batch with average annual salary of Rs 19 lakh per annum. As many as 132 recruiters, including 36 first timers, participated in the final recruitment process for the 2014-16 batch of 361 students. Around 386 offers were made. Also, 102 students had got pre-placement offers (PPOs), of which 84 were accepted. The median salary offered in XLRI to students increased to Rs 18 lakh this year from Rs 17 lakh in last year's campus recruitment. Some students were offered international roles.
