Yash, a consistent academic record and good performance in the interview would be required at the time of placements. 12th result wont be of much consideration if you maintain consistent and good academic record through out your degree. Also, institution will play an important role in placement so make sure you go for a good one. There are many good ones offering good placements. Some have good no.of patents in their name wherein few are in name of their students too, such is the exposure and knowledge imparted to students. Good luck.
