For the personal interview, it has always been different for everyone. But some basics that you may want to clear up is the why IIM Indore, what's your strengths and weaknesses, your history and whatever were your goals or winning strategies etc. The interview usually takes shape on the spot depending on these answers. For me, we ended up having a discussion about the political situation in India and our foreign relations.
