Simranpreet, Graphic designers are required in so many industries like advertisement industry, print industry, web designing industry, etc. There are many companies in and around Punjab which needs and hire the graphic designers. Also, a graphic designer can work as an art director with some production house. More ambitious and adventurous ones can start their own business. Unlike a career in programming where there are various layers (programming, analysis, project management) designing is more of an individual genius than team work. The eligibility for the course is: Pass with 50% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with English) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPUNEST- 2017. In case, marks scored in 10+2 are 60% or above, then LPUNEST-2017 will be exempted and a candidate may apply for admission. Check the link below for more information:
